By submitting this application, you authorize SOMOS AGENCIA STAFF to store your personal data and photos for one sole purpose: to evaluate you for promotional and staffing jobs, and to propose you to clients when your profile matches a search.
Your information is never published anywhere, never sold, and never seen by other applicants. Only the agency team has access.
You can ask us to update or delete everything you submitted at any time by writing to our contact email. Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326.
Payment terms
Timing. Full payment for the event is made within fifteen (15) business days after the job is completed.
Full payment. One hundred percent (100%) of the agreed amount is paid when at least eighty percent (80%) of the shift is completed.
Absences. Any absence or early departure must be notified at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance and justified with a certificate. An absence notified and justified within that time frame does not affect payment for the shifts actually worked.
Adjustments. When less than 80% of the shift is completed, or when an absence was not notified and justified within the stated time frame, the amount will be adjusted in proportion to the hours actually worked. The agency will share the details of the adjustment before processing payment.
These terms are agreed between SOMOS AGENCIA STAFF and the applicant, apply to every event they take part in, and do not exclude any specific conditions communicated in writing before each job.
